Where ROWER works

A July 9, 2026 rollout announcement (a press release, not an ENGWE statement) lists ten countries for ROWER. Polish buyers use the same code.

France isn't on the EU store's published delivery list, so confirm checkout accepts a French address.

How to apply ROWER at checkout

1. Open the store for your country from the table above.
2. Add your e-bike to the cart and click Checkout.
3. Find the Discount code field (on a phone, tap Show order summary first).
4. Type ROWER and click Apply.
5. Check that a 10% discount line appears in the order summary, then pay.

Only one code fits per order, though ROWER works alongside the standard free-shipping offers.

What 10% saves on popular ENGWE e-bikes

EU-store prices from engwe.com, checked on October 10, 2026. Prices change often, so the checkout total is what counts.

Choosing a model before you apply the code

Ranges are ENGWE's "up to" claims for EU versions: 250 W bikes whose assistance stops at 25 km/h, which most EU countries treat as bicycles (check local rules).

Folding commuters

The P20 weighs 18.5 kg and pairs a 42 Nm torque sensor with hydraulic brakes and up to 100 km of range. The Zip is the other compact folder, with a 40 Nm torque sensor.

Fat-tire bikes

The EP-2 Boost folds and rolls on 20×4.0" tires with 55 Nm and up to 120 km. The step-through L20 Boost has 75 Nm and up to 126 km for €1,149, or €1,034.10 with ROWER. The EP-2 3.0 Boost adds a magnesium frame and a 24-month warranty.

Full-suspension models

The folding Engine X has 55 Nm and up to 120 km. The E26 moves to 26×4.0" tires, 70 Nm and up to 140 km. The L20 3.0 Pro uses a 100 Nm mid-drive motor and claims up to 160 km.

Lightweight city bikes

The carbon N1 Air weighs 15.6 kg and claims up to 100 km. The N1 Pro is also carbon, with an 80 Nm mid-drive motor at 19 kg.

Returns and warranty basics

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, and must request it before shipping anything back. The bike must be unused or show under 10 km, in its original packaging with the charger, keys and proof of purchase.

Change-of-mind returns cost €200 / $200 per e-bike and €100 / $100 per unused battery. On a P20, that fee is about twice what ROWER saves. US orders cancelled before shipment carry a 5% processing fee.

Warranty

The EP-2 3.0 Boost gets 24 months on the frame, electrics and motor, and 24 months or 10,000 km on the battery, whichever comes first. Second-hand and modified bikes aren't covered.
